A membrane roof mast structure is designed and analyzed in the FEA app ixCube 4-10 FEA. The project data—including the top mast nodes, cable anchors, and base mast—are imported into IDEA StatiCa Checkbot via a direct BIM link. Individual connections are then detailed in the Connection app, where complex geometries such as custom-shaped plates (via DXF import) and pin-type connectors for steel cables are modeled. This workflow enables the precise code-checking of specialized membrane details and the generation of a full project report.
