In the nominee's thesis, they designed a multifunctional lookout building, on the top of which there is a restaurant and an event hall with a capacity of 240 people.
The dodecagonal steel structure building has four functional levels. Profile plate slabs are made on the four levels. The base of the building is six steel trusses, which are arranged radially. The upper levels have nearly a five-meter cantilever.
