
Marketing Manager (US)
What will you do?
- Implement global marketing strategy into local US marketing activities
- Ensure alignment of processes and procedures in sales and marketing between the local subsidiary and HQ
- Transfer the global knowledge of the target customer group standards, their principles, and workflows into the US-specific engineering environment
- Coordinate and manage local marketing and sales campaigns with respect to the global brand and general requirements
- Manage and develop the IDEA StatiCa marketing platform to increase sales opportunities and customer satisfaction.
- Set up & monitor KPI & website/digital media reporting
- Continuously improve the IDEA StatiCa website and adjust it to local US specifics and requirements—architecture, content, and performance metrics.
- Coordinate participation and presentation at local structural engineering events
- Control local marketing budget
- Social media management
- Manage external suppliers

What are the requirements?
- Min. 3 years of experience in international product marketing (ideally in the engineering software industry)
- Advanced skillset in SEO/GEO, copywriting, and marketing automation
- Practical knowledge of marketing tools from the corporate toolkit (CMS, CRM, marketing automation, website analytics...)
- High level of analytical and problem-solving skills
- Self-motivation, enthusiasm, and initiative to fit quickly into a progressive tech company
