Scadd’s founder and principal, William B. Supino, P.E., is licensed in 14 states in the contiguous United States. He has been a structural engineer since he graduated cum laude from Northeastern University in 1986. Mr. Supino specializes in steel connection design review and calcs for steel fabricators in the U.S. and Canada.
