3D visualization of deformations
It is critical to visualize real deformations of members. IDEA StatiCa now allows you to display the spatial (real) deformation of your designed steel members.
The summation displacement vector Usum has been added next to Ux, Uy, Uz (deformations in each direction) in results. This gives the engineer a quick insight into where the member is deforming the most or failing. The summation Usum is set as a default view for steel.
IDEA StatiCa Member for steel members is available in Enhanced edition of IDEA StatiCa Steel.
