Nel 1989, Loe Betongelementet AS è stata fondata così come la conosciamo oggi. Nel 2004, Lars Kristoffer Loe, nipote di Kristoffer Loe, ha acquistato Loe Betongelementer AS. Il Gruppo Loe Holding AS è stato costituito durante l'acquisizione, composto principalmente da tre società interamente controllate: Loe Betongelementer AS, Loe Rørprodukter AS e la società immobiliare Kristoffer Loe & Sønner AS. La società madre è posseduta al 100% da Lars Kristoffer Loe.
