Beam to column connection using angle cleats
Horizontal steel rolled I-section beam semi-rigidly connected to vertical I-section column. The connection was designed using bolted cleats at the top flange and the web and welded cleat at the bottom flange of the horizontal beam. The model was analyzed in the IDEA StatiCa Connection application.
