Tilted column base plate with ribs
Designing a base plate for a circular column with ribs looks simple at first glance – until the column is tilted. In this sample project, we show how to create a sloped tubular column with radial ribs using stiffening plates, working planes, and welds in IDEA StatiCa Connection.
