In the attached verification document, a single plate shear connection is being designed and investigated according to AISC 360-10.
Beam is connected to column by a bolted fin plate connection. Steel A36 is used. The beam is loaded by shear. The bolt group is assumed to be loaded by a combination of a shear force and bending moment.
