A tabulated method providing structural fire design according to EN 1992-1-2 was implemented in version 10.1 of IDEA StatiCa RCS. When assessing the columns according to tabulated data, two possible methods (A, B) are recommended by the code. Both of them were implemented in version 10.1, but method B has been extended to include Annex C.
Assessment of fire resistance of slender columns is now available in version 21.0!
This solution is suitable for slender columns with slenderness under fire conditions within the range 30 < λfi ≤ 80.
