Vertical beam with horizontal bracing
An example of horizontal bracing with combined bolted and welded connection, analyzed in IDEA StatiCa Connection App. The main beam and the truss top chord are welded together, while the diagonal members are bolted through the endplates. The truss members are provided with rotated cross-sections.
