Rotated column with brace bolted to beam
An example of an atypical connection of vertical, diagonal, and horizontal members. The column and diagonal are connected to a horizontal beam in a rotated position through a bolted endplate. The web of the horizontal beam is stiffened with a set of vertical stiffeners. The model is analyzed in the IDEA StatiCa Connection app.
