Error message – Products are not available

This error message informs you that you are trying to book products that are already used, and you no longer have a seat available to use them.

Continue by pressing the "Yes" button displayed in the error message. In the dialog box, then select another available purchased product from your license or ask co-workers to release the product for you.

The products are listed in the error message under the code label: 

  • CEx - Concrete Expert
  • CEn - Concrete Enhanced
  • PEx - Prestressing Expert
  • PEn - Prestressing Enhanced
  • SEx - Steel Expert
  • SEn - Steel Enhanced
