Tubular joint with stiff end plate
Model of continuous CHS tubes connected by a stiff endplate analyzed in IDEA StatiCa Connection app. The connection is used for hidden joint of circular tube members, typically of truss structures, where the outer bolts wouldn't be acceptable for visual or assembly reasons.
