IDEA StatiCa helps engineers design anchors by allowing 3D modelling of concrete block including the reinforcement. This enables engineers to cover those not so well defined situations in the code, such as using underutilized reinforcement as supplementary reinforcement and multiple anchor blocks.
Engineers can then run the analysis and see how the reinforcement can help to prevent concrete cone breakout and concrete edge breakout in anchor design.
